SSM Health’s FlexPath Funded program provides up to $5,250 in upfront tuition per coverage year to earn one of the curated programs offered online at top-tier academic institutions.

Please note that the programs for which you are eligible is dependent on your employment status and job code/level. You are encouraged to create an account to stay up-to-date on eligibility and program updates.

Eligible team members who have part-time employment status are only eligible for up to $2,625 tuition coverage towards all learning options.
